Goal Mastery

Jan 16, 2024

The start of every year marks a time when many of us set goals for the year ahead. It feels good to imagine where we might be in 12 months' time.

It's a moment of inspiration, a surge of optimism that accompanies the act of penning down our aspirations. Yet, as we all know, life has a way of disrupting even the most well-intentioned plans.

The stumbling block for many lies not in the articulation of goals but in converting these into daily practices that will get us there.

If your goal is to write a book, set yourself a daily habit of writing 500 words per day. Planning to run a marathon this year? Commit to jogging at least 30 minutes every other day. Want to eat healthier? Incorporate a serving of vegetables with every meal.

Goals become tangible when you translate them into daily habits.
